Roy ...the sea eagle

 During our stay at the Perhentian islands we meet up with Roy. He is a very tame 3 month old sea eagle. We believe he was hurt when he was young and now spends his days on the beach

We brought a compact underwater camera before we left for the Perhentians.  All the shots here were taken while snorkeling. So amazing. Never realised the fun you could have annoying fish with a camera. I also did a couple of scuba dives but couldn't take the camera as it is only rated to 15M.

Not the greatest photo as did not want to get to close. He was oblivious to me anyway, just busy munching away on some seaweed. Above him were about 20 people with lifejackets all following his every move. Truly a rockstar of the sea.
