We are under attack or it is Chinese New Year. A few weeks of fireworks and Lion dancing
Lions stalked our condominium
Lion dancers travel around in a carlsburg sponsored truck going from engagement to engagement. It is non stop for a few weeks.
After the lion dance they put on a few snacks and drinks. Guess who won a prize. If I had of known she wanted a yoga mat that badly she should have asked.
On the weekend we went to the Penang Chinese New Year Cultural and Heritage Celebration. There was a slight hiccup as we arrived at 11am when it did not start until 5pm
Gave us an opportunity to have a look around. To hot to be in the heat all that time so had a curry and found a bar

It ended up being really busy. There was 4 stages but we found it to difficult to move between them all because of the crowd. It was sardines.
Of course Seren just likes the fighting
This Lion dance on stilts was incredible. At one stage the front two legs jumped off onto the side of the stilts. Only the back legs were stopping the creature from falling. If I were the back legs I would have a serious talk to the front legs about the consequences of its actions. Crazy Lion.

Kung fu panda has made a big impression on today's children. I think that is where seren gets her moves.
