Soon there will be an exodus of expats leaving Penang for the summer holidays. School breaks up next week. We have seen Serenity in the primary school production of "The Pied Piper" . They all looked so cute.

Last night we saw the secondary school musical "We will rock you " based on Queen music. It was awesome.

I knew all the lyrics as had brought the records from 1975. I even had the hair style to match. Forty years later these school children are belting it out. They probably had no idea about queen, their music or what a record was. It certainly didn't stop them from putting on an amazing rock musical.

Times are changing. Makes me wonder what the future holds.
